I had an exceptional experience today at Westworth Jefferson Dental. I recently moved here from Washington state and had yet to find a dental office that I could count on. It's safe to say that is no longer the case. Upon entry I was met with a very welcoming, understanding, and professional staff. They provided me with very helpful advice and guidance with the new patient paperwork from Desirae at the front desk. I was brought to the back with Angel, who very efficiently got all of the prep work done that was needed for my exam. Following that, Doctor Hisham provided quality insight to my problems that I was having, and helped me understand the reasons behind my issues, along with the treatment plans that would be the most beneficial. And finally, topping it all off, Aundrea helped me to understand the final paperwork side of things, along with showing me exactly how my new insurance was covering me today. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent visit to your dental clinic on May 18, 2023. As a long-standing patient at your clinic, I have always trusted and valued the quality of care provided by my regular dentist. However, during my most recent appointment, I encountered several issues that have left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the level of professionalism and service provided.
