I got a root canal and crown on one of my molars. The crown came off 3 times within 2 years. The last time it came off he realized that the crown was not sealed properly and damaged my tooth underneath. The only resolution now is an extraction and dental implant which is very expensive. I’m extremely disappointed in the work I received.

The staff is awesome. My dental hygienist is very friendly, and always provides a pleasant experience. She’s wonderful! Dr. Jones is also a pleasure to interact with. I like the location close to downtown Dallas and parking has never been a problem. Even with the pandemic I was able to get my teeth cleaned. They are taking the necessary precautions and I felt safe getting work done.

I have been going to Dr. Jones for years, and they provide excellent service. I never have to wait for my appointments. They are always on time. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs a great general dentist, who also provides orthodontics as well.
