Wonderful office!
Dr. Kidder and his staff are wonderful and made me feel very comfortable! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
I took my 14yr old Daughter in to get review/referral for a cavity. Apparently, while I'm in the waiting room, they do hundreds of dollars of dental work without asking my opinion, my permission or even pretending to care that I should know before you alter my child's mouth and spend my money. While checking out, expecting to get a referral, pay a co-pay and head out..... they tell me I have a bill I need to pay, mind you no one asked anyone other than my daughter while not in my presence if they could do this work and up to this point I was unaware of said work. I did not have enough cash on me for the amount and my wife had the card.. I brought $50 for the co-pay, thats it.. Mrs Kidder, then makes me feel like a degenerate in front of her staff, then disappears for a few minutes and comes back pointing out that we have a $29 balance from our last visit and I need to pay now... $29!!!! Dollars plus a bill I didn't approve and you decide you can treat me like I'm beneath you... NO Ma'a
