Joeun Dental Group - Koreatown

My experience at Joeun Dental Group was excellent. I called in because I needed to have a chipped tooth repaired before a taking a big trip. In what was somewhat of an emergency for me, Joeun Dental Group was able to set me up with an appointment for the next morning. Dr. Lee treated me, and he was professional, personable, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I tend to be skeptical about anything related to healthcare; I'm always worried that a trip to a doctor or a dentist is really a sales pitch. I did not feel this way with Dr. Lee. He explained the issues I had and gave his recommendations. He pulled no punches. Again, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Dr. Lee and Joeun Dental Group.

Great location, easy parking, friendly staff. Dental offices make me nervous but Caroline and Diana greeted me and were great. Diana helped me fill out the paperwork for my first time visit and answered all my questions regarding said papers. Dr Chan themselves was very reassuring which helped ease my anxiety and will definitely be going back after this first visit.

I had two fillings replaced, and a root canal. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Dr. Chen provided clear, expert explanation of everything he was doing, or proposed to do. He took great care to make everything painless. I really appreciated that there was no hard upselling of services or products, unlike other dentists I have visited.
