As a new patient, I was greeted warmly and professionally from the front desk staff of Megan and Billie. All requested information was handled efficiently prior to my scheduled appointment which made for a timely introduction to Carly, my assigned hygienist. Carly extended the same genuine warmth and welcome. She kindly listened and answered every question or concern I had with ease. And as a technician, she was excellent. Dr. John R. Bush deserves the accolades he has received from Pittsburgh Magazine as "Top Dentist" nine years in a row. I couldn't be more pleased with his expertise and professionalism and personal manner.
My boyfriend and I both come here, the staff is not only so kind and friendly but super knowledgeable! I was a bit nervous to change my dentist after mine retired but I am so thankful we found Dr Bush!
Professional quality care and cleaning, on time, accommodate emergency issues. Great if you work downtown.
