Really easy to schedule online and get last minute appointments. Staff are extremely nice and I really liked their friendly professionalism. The dentist was excellent too and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this practice!

Before the sale of K Street Dental to the current owners (2021?) the practice provided reliable, quality services, and I was a patient for over 10 years. Since new ownership has taken over, I have received inferior service. Some of the same technicians and assistants remained from the previous ownership, and it's reasonable to assume they are just as capable as they were before the sale. But, the new dentists do not seem as competent. They seem nice enough, but their work has been problematic. I have had two crowns made by the new dentists. The first one fractured within the year, and the replacement does not make contact with the tooth next to it, causing a painful food trap that gets packed with every meal. I will not give them another chance to fix it. Though the broken crown was under warranty, they charged my insurance for an examination and the cost was passed along to me. Two bad crowns and a service fee for a warranted crown are not good signs. I would not recommend them.

Great service from reception to being examined by the Doctors on staff. K Street Dental & Orthodontic practice takes a pragmatic approach to dentistry. When I went in with a severe toothache the dentist chose not to conduct an costly and painful root canal, but based on experience prescribed we wait and scheduled a follow up appointment with a specialist. By my next appointment (which was only 3 days) my pain was gone and the follow with the specialist went well. They even contacted me on the day of my appointment to see if I was willing to come in earlier. Great communication and outstanding customer service.
