The staff was very helpful from the initial phone call to make an appointment to coming in for the appointment for extractions! Even then, the staff was very reassuring that if I had any concerns that I could address them. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeland to anyone. I actually have referred individuals to call and set up an appointment! My Post-Op was very painful. I knew that I could call with any concerns. Hands down, the best dental office in KC!
The dentist himself is good. If your insurance is extremely simple these people might be okay. They have been an absolute nightmare for me, and may end up costing me a bunch of money in repeat dental work (xrays within a period where insurance won't pay again) at another clinic if they continue to cause trouble with my account and my records. I would recommend going elsewhere and save yourself future headaches.
I've been coming to K.C.D.C since 1982, when I stared working for the State. I have since retired, but I still go there with Doctor Freeland! The staff is great and they are kind and friendly. It's like they are family! If you need a good cleaning, ask for James! He's awesome! Thank you for this Dental office, it's conveniently close to my home. Shellye- Brookside area
