I’ve went here for a couple years for my braces and have always felt comfortable and I love all the staff here. I just got my braces off and my teeth are absolutely perfect!
He does good work but no bedside manner... He has a terrible time talking with me about my orthodontic needs. It is set up much like an assembly line. If I could find another place that takes my insurance I would go elsewhere.
Very poor communication. Told I had to stay in the waiting room. Doctor didn't tell me anything!! Asked when my daughter needed to be seen next and didn't get any sort of visit summary, what they found or any kind of plan. I asked them nicely that I needed paperwork for court as her parents are now decreased and have emergency custody. Overall poor experience. Not to mention the HIPAA violation of charts sitting out at the checkout desk with names of patients. Unfortunately there isn't many other places that accept her caresource.
