Worst dental experience ever. My eight year old was suffering from tooth pain. His normal dentist couldn’t see him as he was out of town so my sister said to try Katsur because they normally do emergencies. They couldn’t see him for two days so I called his PCP because he had swelling. Pcp called in antibiotics. I called Katsur and the first red flag popped up. She was so rude, told me the day of the appointment, then hung up on me without giving me the time. I called the next day for the time and thought a different lady answered because she sounded sweet. Nope. It was her. She openly admitted to hanging up on me because she was “cranky” and gave me the time of the appointment. The day of the appointment, I am asked to fill out paperwork like always as a new patient. The girl at the desk was just rude. I filled it out and waited. We get called back and the hygienist, I guess she was, looks at his mouth. She asks if he brushes his teeth himself then takes the explorer tool and scrape

Okay let me start this off by saying HI my name is Lyndsey and I'm addict. Here's a little back story iv had many problems with my teeth since getting clean so that being said Iv had a couple teeth extracted from Katsur Dental & Orthodontics Raceway at the Bridgeville location a couple months back. they all know I'm an addict iv said it multiple times every appointment! iv been there about 4 times since being clean it should be in my file as well that i cannot have narcotics nor under any Circumstance should I be given them that being said I had to get some work done yesterday and they prescribed me narcotics thankfully I have an amazing support system and I called them right away I ripped up the script and threw it away. I very well could have gotten that filled and taken them all and not told anyone. & then by next week I definitely would have been snorting fetanal or probably dead. This place is hands down the worst dentist in the area all they care about is the money. For over 3 years I’ve had issues with my partials to the point I couldn’t wear them an they want my insurance to repay for them when they never fit right to begin with even though I went in atleast 10-15 times to have them fixed the lady that does the appointments is constantly rude an clearly hates her life I will never use them again they are to lazy to set up an automatic appointment reminder when they make your appointment for 6-8 months out there disgusting
