I wish I could give two separate reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. John's for years and I absolutely ADORE him. However, I regularly have issues with the secretarial staff. Today while trying to reschedule some dental work, I spoke to Kim, who was not only incredibly unprofessional, but hung up on me when I said I would reach out to the new office my dentist is relocating to. So disappointing that such great dentists have such unprofessional secretaries representing them.

Took my daughter here. Her appointment was at 11:45. It is 1:35 PM and we are still waiting to be seen. The receptionist is highly unprofessional. Another lady who was there before me was inquiring when her kids would be seen and the receptionist told her (rudely) "We are down a hygienist, and if you're not happy you can go elsewhere" literally in front of a crowd of people!! If my daughter didn't need to see a dentist today, we would not be waiting in the office!! I would suggest you go somewhere!! Steer very clear from this office, there were so many disgruntled patients and the best the receptionist could say was oh well take it up with the doctor. Smh!! Save yourself the headache, or make sure you take off the full day of work

I do not recommend this place. The worst! My son had his teeth filled here and his lips were swollen and looked like it’s bursted. I understand minor cut could occur during procedure but this didn’t look normal, it looked like his lips got chopped up pretty bad. If you care about your kids please don’t take them there.
