I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a patient for many years in West Views, for whatever reason they closed that office. Fine just go to another location right, wrong. I had 2 fillings a few weeks ago fall out, that they put in. So of course I call and call… no answer I’m in excruciating pain can’t eat, can’t breath without it hurting. Call for a whole week from the time they open to they close every single day. NO ONE ANSWERS… I found a new dentist.. he told me he has had several of their patients and they aren’t even answering to get patient info from other dentist… this practice has went down hill. Maybe they shouldn’t have all these different locations and focus on one.

I have a mixed review…. When originally started going here back in 2014ish I had no real complaints other than the rundown waiting area. They helped immediately fix a fractured molar and I continually went back for cleanings every 6 months that were super fast. Fast forward to 2019 to present - I understand the healthcare work field has taken a huge hit with help. After missing an appointment in 2020 for a cleaning due to the shut down due to the pandemic - I didn’t try to make a new appointment until September 2021. When I did - I was told they didn’t have a hygienist but still made an appointment to be checked up on since I hadn’t had x-rays in like 3 years. I changed my mind and a week before I called every day and no one picked up - I finally left a voicemail cancelling - but never got any confirmation if it was actually cancelled. 3 days ago I called the emergency line because I broke a tooth and the answering service took my information and told me the on-call dentist would retur

The doctor was great but the hygienist was so rough I had tears in my eyes. She also made rude comments about my teeth. They schedule way too many patients for the number of people working.
