If I could give them negative stars, I would do that instead of one star! There are several problems with this dentistry practice. First of all, after a consultation about my tooth extraction, they messed up my insurance information so I got a letter that my tooth extraction process was denied. When I called the insurance company, they said Katsur did not write my name and date of birth on the insurance application. The insurance even contacted them again and gave them time to fix the request and they just didn't do it. What kind of professional dentist cannot correctly file paperwork? Second, when I tried to contact them about the insurance, I couldn't get ahold of them They have hung up on me. They also put me on hold for a long time as well, so I hung up and called them back. The same receptionist picked up the phone and I complained that no one answered for the previous phone calls, and she said "we are very busy so you have to be patient!" I understand they are busy, but never re

Do not go here. I was told to wait until next cleaning to get my cavities filled which is every 6 months!! Covid hit then my cavities have been sitting for a year. I came for another cleaning because they were so booked and they made me schedule for cavity filling. They had never called me to confirm any appointments and are very ignorant. Proceeded to get smart with me because they are unprofessional and lazy.
