My experience with Dr. Bath’s practice was unfortunate and remarkably disappointing. First, I endured several challenges with communication via the front desk staff in confirming our procedure plan, which resulted in the office requiring a $195 fee to take the necessary X-rays required to perform services, after three previous x-rays of different treatment areas and unsaved X-ray images were performed at this same appointment. Upon disagreement on the additional fee, I discussed with Dr. Bath my disdain to pay fees due to office errors by which she then stormed out of the exam room, exclaiming “Just give it to her for free. There’s no need to argue about this,” and retreated to her office. I have never seen a healthcare practitioner display such immature outburst, and further refuse to address her behavior and impoliteness when attempting to continue with services. Wow! I had an emergency root canal this week and Dr. Bath and the entire team took such great care of me. Without a Endo in our town, I drove more than a hour to get there. It was worth the time. They sent paperwork ahead of time, worked with my dentist for info, and got me right because they knew how much pain I was in. They were kind, understanding, and helped me understand the procedure. I highly recommend.

I was very anxious about needing a root canal. Dr. Bath and her staff were amazing! They explained everything as we went along. The procedure was done with such precision, and I did not feel any pain. Once the anesthetic wore off, I had minimal discomfort and needed no pain meds, even though they gave me an RX just in case. Very happy with the care I received and highly recommend.
