We had our first visit at Kay and Paulus Ortho recently and overall it was really great. When you walk in, the front desk is very welcoming and personable. There was a friendly staff member who worked with us throughout the whole appointment, walked us thru each part of the visit and answered our questions. Dr. Paulus reviewed with us the upcoming procedure and answered our questions as well. My son felt very comfortable during his entire visit. The wait time was reasonable and my son's favorite part was the ice cream. ????????
Great staff, great service, but a little pricey
Dr. Kay and Paulus and all of the staff are friendly, positive and always helpful. Our son got his braces off today and his teeth look perfect! We are so pleased with our experience with them.
