KC Braces + Kids

We have been really happy with our experience at KC Braces and Kids! All the staff are so kind and the place is super kid friendly! Jessica helped my daughter and talked her through the whole process. Will definitely continue to go here with our dental needs.

My youngest daughter got her braces on today. Natalya was amazing! While she was working she would explain, to my daughter, what she was going to be doing and always making sure my daughter was comfortable. The staff and doctors are amazing! I highly recommend KC Braces and Kids!!!

My wife took our four kids to KC braces + kids after they confirmed that the office does accept our insurance. They had a great experience and great results. Soon after their visit we received a bill even though our "cleaning" service was to be covered 100% I called the office and spoke with the billing manager who informed me that they do accept our insurance "Cigna" and we still had a balance remaining. After multiple conversations she did indicate that KC Braces + Kids does accept Cigna, but they are not in network with Cigna. She specifically indicated on the phone today that it is not her responsibility to disclose that they are not in network with Cigna. All she has to say that their office does accept Cigna. I told her that she was wrong and many people when ask questions like "Do you accept my insurance?" mean that they are asking if you are in network with them.
