Where to begin? I really wanted to like this dental provider but unfortunately did not have a good experience both from a dental perspective and from an administrative in regards to their billing process. If you chose to give Dr. Ghosh an opportunity please ensure that she is IN Network with your dental insurance. If you ask the administrative staff and they say "yes, we accept your insurance", it is NOT the same as being in network. In my experience they did not do me the courtesy of either confirming they are in network OR doing their due diligence of sending and presenting a predetermination of my benefits with me BEFORE completing dental work. I had searched this provider in my dental insurance's "find a dentist" feature and they came up, leading me to believe they are in network but this was inaccurate. I am currently dealing with a surprise bill, which was initially over $2000 and after I asked questions my ledger was corrected to $1400. In their defense the administrative staff

This is not a holistic dentist. Dr. Ghosh uses a lot of AI technology rather than doing a good examination. We had full X-rays on my 14 yr old less than a year ago and she said, after briefly looking in his mouth, looks like a cavity I need all the X-rays again. I am a medical professional and can say there is no “safe radiation”. When asked if she could just take X-ray of the tooth in question she became very arrogant, defensive and condescending. I was SHOCKED. I see my own patients daily and would never speak to someone like that. She made statements of “I’m not Superman I don’t have X-ray vision”. When I asked her what does she do different than a regular dentist she stated that her fillings are holistic and biological and she works in a holistic way….. she stated she doesn’t know how long her biological fillings last because she is not at my house watching me brush my teeth every day to judge my level of dental hygiene. Dr. Ghosh, her hygienist Anna and Teri, front desk are all so welcoming and loving. My boys 3 and 5 felt right at ease with Dr. Ghosh. And although Kea Smiles isnt a pediatric dentist she is wonderful with kids. Her kind and caring demeanor and motherly touch amongst her knowledge as a dental professional and biological dentist are why we switched from a pediatric dentist to Dr. Ghosh. If you need a family dental practice that not only serves your dental needs but helps you understand why you're having dental issues and seeks provide alternative solutions and goes the more holistic route seek no further. 5 stars recommend this practice.
