I'd like to say in more detail my experience with Dr. Palm. My previous dentist (let's call him Dr. X) placed two crowns on two of my molars. Before that, he had a surgeon cut part of my gums, something that kept me bleeding for three hours with an assistant suctioning my blood (I take blood thinners but had stopped them five days before). No cauterizing was done. A few days later, I spent the night in the emergency room because my gums wouldn't stop bleeding. Previously to all this I had requested from Dr. X to place an inlay in my teeth instead of the crowns. He said it couldn't be done. Now he wanted to do the same thing on two other molars.It was then that we looked for a second opinion at Keep Smiling. Dr. Palm not only thought the inlay could be done , but showed me on a screen how they were placed. He had to cut only 1 millimeter of gum, and immediately he cauterized it.
