Kentuckiana Oral Maxillofacial & Dental Implant Surgery

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed and everything went great. Dr. Warren and his staff are amazing and i will recommend them to anyone I hear who is in need of dental care.

My daughter, age 14, had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They made things so easy and explained everything very well to her. She was so nervous at first but they really helped her be calm. They kept her informed of every step and answered her every question. I was very impressed. She healed very fast as well.

I was scheduled on 1/25 @8:45 for my wisdom teeth procedure with Dr Mills. I got there at 8:30 and wasn’t brought into a room until 9:20. The nurse who was prepping me was very sweet and kind. The doctor didn’t come in until around 9:45-10:00. He had asked me if I had anything to eat or drink and I said no just a sip of water. He informed me that he was not able to do the procedure because of the sip of water that I had taken although I received a text and video that informed me that I was allowed to have a sip of water. Therefore I lost 8 hours of PTO that day not just for my job but my two parents lost their PTO from work that day as well because truthfully the surgeon was running late and that’s why he didn’t do my procedure. If patients aren’t allowed to have a sip of water like the text and video says you all might want to change that so this doesn’t happen to any other patients. I am very unhappy with this outcome and the way I was treated at this office.
