Kern Kids Dental

I chose to bring my kids to Kern Kids Dental after reading all of the positive reviews. My kids brush their teeth religiously and have regular dental cleanings/exams, so I was a little surprised when I was told that they each had two cavities, especially since they have had check-ups every six months since they were toddlers and have never had any cavities. Additionally, the dentist recommended that both kids get sealants, which I agreed to along with treating the cavities. Six months later, at their next cleaning appointment, I was told that one of my children had two cavities and the other had seven confirmed cavities and one suspected. The dentist went on to say that one of the cavities was pretty bad and once she began working on it she’d be able to tell if a crown was needed or even a root canal. Staff was amazing: front desk girls are hopeful. The dental asst is sweet and patent with my toddler. Bravo to our dentist she did a great job examining my baby's teeth. Thank you Kern Kids Dental for making my daughter's 1st appointment smooth.

We've been very happy with every aspect of Kern Kids Dental. The staff is friendly and helpful - and great with kids, of course! I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Chey's service, and I'm grateful for the time he takes to help my kids understand what everything means. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
