The service that I continue to receive from both Dr. Utley and his staff is unprecedented! Recently, I was in for a routine visit and I was having a REALLY rough day. Before we addressed my teeth, the staff went over and beyond to ensure that I was ok and felt comfortable and Dr. Utley greeted me with warm words of comfort. I visited two orthodontists' offices before meeting Dr. Utley and his great staff. When I called to make my appointment, I told Jessica my issue with the other offices--it'd been six months and they hadn't called me back; Jessica looked up my insurance and told me the expected fees. On the day of my appointment, she submitted an estimate claim to my insurance company before I left the office. She called me the day my insurance claim was processed and scheduled my appointment. Dr. Utley discussed all of the options and emailed my information to the periodontist to place a TAD. They have not wasted any time getting my treatment started. I'm glad the other offices didn't follow up with my treatment so I could choose Dr. Utley and his staff!
