Kids and Teen Dental Place

We all know that at times appointments don't happen on time. But it's another thing to wait an excessive amount of time (1 hr & 18min to be exact after your "scheduled appointment") to finally be called in. It's not only inconvenient and unprofessional but it's also child torture/abuse to make a 7yr old child wait extra time while fasting for 16hours. Communication and an apology should of occured, and yet I still have not heard one. I expected better service from such a known place.

I recommend this place! I took my twins for checkups and I’m very satisfied. The staff was friendly and great with kids! Janet the assistant was very friendly getting us settled in. Christina the RDA did a great job cleaning their teeth. I loved how she explained to them what she was going to do before she started doing it. Dr Javan was excellent and I look forward to their next visit.

From the moment I walked in, I felt such a great atmosphere with all of the providers. Very welcoming & super helpful being that this was my first time taking my 10 month old & 5 year old to the dentist. So sweet and gentle with my children. My son being 10 months was such an easy process without any crying & my 5 year old cried and they immediately made her feel comfortable. I will be bringing my kids here for their entire dental process & check ups here from now on. I can’t shake how amazing they were with my kids and me! Super informal. I just had a great experience with my children here & I know they did as well because my daughter keeps getting stickers!& we love our brushes!!! LOVE THE TEAM HERE.
