Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics - Sacramento

We had an appointment at 2:30pm for my son with Dr. Jenny. He was scheduled to do sealant on his back teeth and a tooth removal. However, we were there before 2:10pm , after 10mins wait, assistant Keema(not sure I spell her name right) led us in the room at 2:20pm, which is still 10min earlier. She was loud and had no smile on her face. My son was pretty calm the whole time. Then, Dr. Jenny started to do the sealant without first explaining to my son what she’s going to do today. She asked him to open his mouth wide to put a suction in. Little boy suddenly moved his arms because the sudden noice coming out from the suction was making him uncomfortable. “Don’t move! ”Keema suddenly commanded. Now, my son started not feeling well while Dr. Jenny was working on the sealant. He was so upset and started whimpering in tears. His lower lip started bleeding from the force to keep his mouth open. At that moment, I heard Keema said to Dr. Jenny, “you can go, I’ll finish him.” I felt bad when

Won’t answer the phone during regular business hours and you get disconnected if you try to leave a message. I’m fed up.. Both my kids have had their ortho work done at this Kids Care, but their staffing has gone way down hill recently. One of their hygienists put my son’s brackets on way too low on his teeth so now his gums have nearly grown over them and it’s super painful and bloody when he tries to floss.

My girls love coming to Kids Care Dental in Greenhaven! We used to go to another pediatric dentist and my oldest has always been scared. Now the first time we came to Kids Care, she walked out of there when we were done and said that she had the best experience. I will keep coming here!
