Kingdom Family Dentistry

Haven’t been to the dentist since before Covid and my grandmother recommended me to this practice. It was very easy setting up the appts and they sent text reminders which I LOVED!! Everyone who works there is always friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. One the ladies in the front helped me tremendously by reaching out to my insurance multiple times for them to pay for a procedure. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you for advocating for your clients. Definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a GREAT dentist.

My experience with Kingdom Family Dentistry has been nothing but amazing!!! Within the past year I have had my teeth cleaned, a crown put in, fillings replaced, a snore guard (yes it works), and a partial! The staff is friendly and very efficient. I was able to schedule appointments quickly that fit my schedule. I recently threw my partial away by accident and called Kingdom Family Dentistry for a replacement. I was scheduled for and appointment the next day. Faye gave me details on the cost of the replacement, Chris contacted the manufacturer to see if my impression was still on file (to help with the cost of the partial) and it was!!!!! Dr. Swope came in to see me (as always) and talked to me about the importance of keeping my partial in (lesson learned). I was elated to find a Christian dentist close to home who took children, adults and had early appointments. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this office after what ensued after switching our care there. My first red flag was after my ten year old son had minor cavities taken care of. He was scared and asked the staff to get his mom. I had both of my sons there simultaneously so I was in the waiting room. After the appointment concluded my youngest came out crying my oldest said he could hear him crying. He’d asked for me and was told they were coming to get me yet no one did and they didn’t see any problem with this. I was livid and disheartened that the Christian dentist office would lie to my child and not allow him to be comforted during the procedure. There were some problems with my insurance since then due to a job change. I cannot count on both hands how many calls I received from multiple people about the same situation I was already in the process of rectifying. It
