Knoxville Cosmetic Dentistry

This pains me to type. Dr. Silber has been our dentist for 2 decades. He shows such compassion and is the best dentist my husband and I have either ever had. Things have changed. Dr. Silber hasn't changed. His office team has, though, so I feel this is necessary. I get migraines from scent. I understand that not everyone shares this terrible journey. But, it's mine. Dr. Silber NEVER burned candles or had plug-ins. I've never had a problem when it was his practice. Now, when I go in, I have to either wait in the car (if I'm there as my husband's driver) or I have to mask and that still does about ZERO for the scent. I've asked multiple times for the scent to please not be there. I'm guessing the new ownership loves scent because they have the wax burner at the front desk and plug-ins now in each room. Last week when I went for my cleaning I asked them to unplug the wax burner and asked why a medical office needed scent. No response from the gal up front. She clearly didn't care. I guess

My experience here was amazing! Dr.Ming was great and SOOOO gentle! The assistants were so nice! It SMELLED AMAZING in the office! 10/10 highly recommend !

Dr. Silber and Dr. Howe are everything you could ask for when looking for a dentist. Their office defines what it means to put you first, with every member of the staff providing a welcoming environment while making your visit as easy as possible. From the hygienists, front office, and both Dr. Silber and Howe; their team provides one of the best experiences in making sure your dental needs are taken care of. I can’t emphasize enough just how great this office is at their job, and I will always come to them for anything I need for my oral health as long as I’m in Knoxville. 10/10
