L.A. Smiles Endodontics: Kristina Shagramanova DDS

If you are thinking of getting a root canal, I would recommend La Smiles. From the beginning, Kristina was very forthright, and knowledgeable. She let me know all options and the breakdown of what everything would entail as well as it's cost. Upon proceeding with the root canal she went over, in depth, my CT scan and what to expect during the procedure. Although a bit lengthy, the root canal felt like there was a great amount of detail put into it, with little to minor pain. I was not sore the next day and even started to forget that evening that I even had an invasive procedure done! The staff was friendly and the office impeccably clean. If I can give this place 10 stars I would. From Dr. Kristina to all of her lovely staff the experience was just very pleasant. I am super scared when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Kristina has golden hands. She is honestly amazing at what she does. She guides you through the process of what she needs to do, takes her time, and does an amazing job. I you guys need a root canal, COME HERE!!! And this review is during COVID. Everyone is wearing masks and taking precautions.

If you can avoid this place, do it. They only care about your money, zero about you. It is like dealing with a corporation. Overpriced and unprofessional people. I do not recommend this place. Kristina charged me hundreds of dollars just to see my tooth and let me know that I have to go to any dentist to pull my tooth out, she maybe spent 2 minutes checking my tooth, that was it and then she suddenly disappeared like magic, never saw her again.
