I was in the chair for *3 HOURS* for a routine root canal. When I expressed distress, he told me "that's what I get" that's what I get for choosing this place and it won't happen again.
Dr. Cawley and the entire staff were all so friendly and caring. Dr. Cawley answered all my questions and made sure that everything was done thoroughly. He could even tell that I was falling asleep during the procedure (does anyone not fall asleep after not sleeping with tooth pain ????) and I feel like him and his assistant made sure to use their soothing voices haha. In other words, I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my RCT.
I had a great experience getting my root canal here today, wonderful people all around. I hope I never need another but if I do I'll be back! Thank you.
