I am Abdikani Ismail. I have been gotten 4 wisdom teeth removal same day about 3months ago by Dr Ali. the procedure was okay but the problem is that, Two weeks after removal teeth. there were some unusual pieces of little bones came out of my gums besides the teeth and it is very painful which won’t heal whatsoever, so I called them for an appointment to see doctor Ali again for that okay he removed the easy one and ignored the main one. He told me that it is gum disease and I need deep cleaning but it is not a gum disease. It is a problem cost by by him and his procedure so I went back to him second time for help and he was intentionally and purposely ignored and overlooked my concerns and kept saying same all time which absolutely wrong. Imagine I still have pain and sick of to go back to him, so I’m actively looking for another dentist to fix my teeth now. and NO more Dr Ali, why? Because they have fake hospitality first visit but after they took your money, they don’t care th

Tried to get my partner to get three root canals... Wouldn't do the other more simple procedures that were actually covered by insurance.. my partner went elsewhere and found she only needed one root canal, definitely not three. Unethical.

I went for 2nd appointment (1st being just xray and consultation) for 2 fillings but I waited 25 min in the lobby then another 1 hour 25 min in one of their rooms. The doctor came once to numb me and then 2 nurses to tell me "he will be there". I walked out of there and called my insurance to deny any bills if they ever sent one. This is disrespectful and waste of my time. I wanted to support my local neighborhood clinic but to have to wait 1 hour and 45 min is definitely not fair in my books. Never again.
