I had a great cleaning today! The hygienist and office staff was very nice. As soon as I checked in, I was called back for my appointment immediately. I didn’t have to wait at all. After my appointment, the staff and I laughed had a really good conversation. I would recommend this office. Really good vibes and professionalism!

Lorna is awesome. Did my deep cleaning today. Dr J and staff are professional but make you feel at ease. Like you've know them for years. Definitely recommend Lakeview Dental

UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER: I’ve so many issues trying to correct a billing issue with this office for a service done in March. It is now the end of June. On 5/1, when I got a bill in the mail and I called their office to fix a line item to be changed to bitewings (which is covered by my insurance). I was told to disregard the bill, by their staff, any other bills as I shouldn’t have been charged. I kept getting bills so I called again (to double check) and was told I had to actually pay the bill. I’ve tried calling and calling, but no one answers the phone, the customer service reps on the other side of the world can’t help with billing issues and and the office isn’t even open during their normal business hours! NOR has staff been there when they are supposed to open. Example, I called at 8:30am one day and was told to try again an around 9am, 10am when the office manager “may” show up. We even showed up during their office hours, around 3:30pm on a Thursday - doors locked, no note. Absol
