My daughter had to have 2 premolars pulled because they weren’t coming out. The dentist and technician were very calm and explained everything to her. I appreciated their gentleness.
Great experience! All 3 of our kids got in at once and all enjoyed their visits. Our youngest was terrified after a previous experience elsewhere, but the staff was great with her, she loosened up after a few minutes and can’t wait to go back!
Overall our experience has been just OK. Im not sure why I cant go back with my MINOR child so I can see what is being done and understand any necesssary next steps. I dont have this experience with any other doctor office. Also, the language that is used at the front desk is disgusting. Im not a prude by any means but when you work at an office that sees CHILDREN, maybe the profanity should be toned down. On the ortho side Hollie is AMAZING and if it wasnt for her, I wouldve changed offices by now!
