I had the best experience the front desk staff were very professional. I sat down with the Practice Manager - William,…. he sat down with me and prioritize my dental treatment plan(s) and gave me co-payment estimate(s) for each visit, helps tremendously . He was very kind, knowledgeable -top notch. I am looking forward to Dr. Bailey doing my dental procedures.

Dr. Christie and Dr. Chung did an amazing job! To be honest, I'm normally not a fan of going to the dentist, and I was absolutely dreading my appointment because I already knew that I needed dental work. However, my dread dissipated the minute that I walked into the office. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff at Lane and Associates. They have always been very nice on the phone too. Well, they put me at ease when I walked in, and I had just literally turned the paperwork before I was called back for my appointment. It was really obvious to me that Dr. Christie was very knowledgeable in the profession, and it showed both in her discussions about day-to-day and preventative care and in the way she carried out each phase of the process. Dr. Chung was also very knowledgeable and professional, and I was really thankful to him for taking the time to discuss all options with me, including teeth-saving options, rather than immediately recommending the popular implant solution. The staff team was very attentive and knowledgeable. Dr.Patel explained to me the procedure in detail, which eased my concerns. WILLIAM in billing, explained the charges and further ensured a refund for work not performed would be mailed to me. I am very pleased with their professionalism, and if needed, I will use Lane and Associates again.
