He explained everything thoroughly, including my treatment options, and has a wonderful chairside manner. The results were fantastic, and, years later (because I wear my retainers!), I am grateful every time I see pictures of my smile! I felt like Dr. Young was very straight forward and efficient with his time. He showed enough of his personality to make you feel comfortable. He displayed good subject knowledge and prognosis. Office was clean and I was greeted in a friendly and knowledgable associate named Martin who demonstrated a good knowledge of his role as well. I was assisted in having x rays completed same day.
