Long Beach Dental

I made an appointment for a cleaning, showed up early, was kept waiting half an hour. Finally, they took more x-rays than I’ve ever had taken, which I don’t think was necessary. After that the doctor saw me, and told me it was too late to get my teeth cleaned because his staff had to go to lunch — but i was “free to leave.” So I wasted an hour, and didn’t even get an apology. They may be good dentists but I’ll never know.

My first time visiting Long Beach Dental was today. Over a week ago I scheduled a routine cleaning for 11AM and today I arrived at 10:57AM. There were two ladies in front of me when I arrived. I was the only black male present (not saying that matters but l'm just giving my POV of the situation) another patient walked in much later after me (not African American but was indeed disabled) so there were 4 of us that I know of that got assisted. I waited in the lobby for an hour before being called to the back where I received my X-rays. After the X-rays I was then escorted to where I thought l'd be getting my cleaning. Doctor ReZkalla entered the room, looked at my teeth told me that I had no cavities and I do a good job with keeping up with my teeth. As he left out and announced he would return, immediately, and I do mean immediately, the front desk worker came in and told me they were too busy to clean my teeth today & asked could I come back another day. I didn't say much I just signed

Dr. Rezkalla is an amazing dentist and his staff is great. I have been going to him for many years and he’s always fast, does excellent work, and has a great attitude. The staff is quick as well and friendly. It’s easy to set up appointments. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, even though I go every six months…Dr. Rezkalla and his staff make going to the dentist a very good experience,
