Give 3 stars because the office was clean & they did get us in for a 1st visit fairly quickly but absolutely afraid to have any extensive work done here . Canceled our 2nd appointment because I didn't feel all of our concerns were being fully addressed. They're trying to attach a bridge to a tooth that's already been replaced twice . I don't feel it's going to be strong enough. So I called & asked to at least start by extracting the one broken tooth that's still live & could get infected, which by the way has to happen with or without the bridge work. They're wanting to set me up for yet another consultation. I just wanted to go ahead with the extraction to make sure it doesn't get infected & go from there. Because it could be weeks before we can even get the 2nd consultation. During the 1st one she said the next thing that needs to happen is the extraction. I agreed, before it gets infected but I canceled the bridge work until we could get more info. Reception said no can't set

Had two crowns done here, one already cracked off on the side. The other has had painful sensitivity in between another tooth ever since she put it in. Appointments were always double or triple booked so a lot of time sitting in the chair waiting on the doctor. Novocaine wore off waiting for the doctor and was in a lot of pain. Expensive with great insurance. Don’t recommend this place at all. This experience was 100% with Dr. Sheri Love. I no longer live in Wichita KS, so unless you want to send me a check to reimburse me, what good does that warranty do me.

Oh my! Dr. Sheri gave me a crown (the first one I’ve had) and I can hardly tell the new tooth from the others. It’s perfect! Thank you to Callie for her gentle care in the process, and thank you to Tiffani who is my regular hygenist. Everyone in the office is just the BEST!
