Showed up for a confirmed appointment. Told that the doctor had left and they rescheduled me a month out. Total failure of customer service.

Who ever answers the phone at the Wards Corner office needs to be retrained. The woman's customer service skills are very lacking. She was very rude, it was so bad you could hear her nasty attitude through the phone. When the woman told me they no longer have a pediatric office I was glad. I was kind of glad to have to take my daughter some where else. The office staff was always kind of rude anyway. But now they are just nasty. I wish they would go find a job they like so that the customers can get better service from people that actually want to work there.

First off would want to start by saying I LOVE every other employee at this office besides the Dr. On first appointment with my kids we over heard Dr Ankita being rude to a child patient in the back office. When she came to my son things started decent and then with my daughter she raised her tone and I checked her on that immediately. After speaking to my partner I felt I may have been a bit defensive and continued to allow my children to be seen there. On the next appointment I was in the back with my son and things started great but near the end my son started to feel the pain as she was trying on caps for his fillings. She raised her voice and tone “you need to stop!, Calm down you are almost done! , if you don’t stop you will be here longer!” So once again I let her know she shouldn’t be speaking to a 4 year old that way. He was extremely uncomfortable and was just trying to let her know. And her assistant jumped to her defense. They tried sayin that the entire Time my son was hav
