Services of the dental hygienist and the dentist were excellent as always. Unfortunately, dealing with the office staff was an unpleasant experience. I received a call from them a week before my appointment. The person I spoke with claimed she could not "verify" that I had any insurance coverage and that, when they called Blue Cross, they were told that my coverage was "inactive." I had to call Blue Cross in Chattanooga myself to "verify" that all of this was nonsense. I have been a patient of this dental practice for decades and had never had a problem with the office staff like I had this time.

My name is Terry Burnett and I have been going here since 1994, there one of the best dentist places in Nashville you can go to. The staff is very nice, Dr.D.Kshati treats you very nice.

Today was my first visit and as soon as I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable. The front desk women were very kind & we joked around some. I loved that cause it was inviting. You can tell when someone enjoys their job!! Then going back, the young lady explained everything she was doing to me (checking my teeth) The dentist came in and was really nice, pleasant, talked to me about options. At this point, I really like Madison Family Dental with Dr Raj and his staff. I will be going back to have dental work done soon. ???? %
