Magic Dental Care Palm Bay

Nicole at Magic Dental is very professional, understanding and a100% customer service friendly. There was a miss-understanding with scheduling and Nicole took the time to get up from her desk, walked outside to ensure I was taken care of as I was very frustrated with the situation. I thought that was very empathetic. As such, I was willing to continue doing business with the company. I hope the company knows how valuable she is as their employee.

I should’ve read reviews before going to that office. The front staff is very rude and will ignore you when you’re just trying to ask a question, and the majority don’t speak English so it’s very hard to understand what’s going on. The forms ask a ton of very outlandish questions that I’ve never seen any office ask before. Witnessed them grabbing supplies with bare hands. What appears to be an adolescent teen working in the back. They don’t tell you until arrival you are not aloud in the back with your kids which makes me as a parent very uncomfortable, as well as my kids. With it being a small, cramped space aside, the staff interactions, improper use of medical equipment and training, and the refusal of letting me be by my children’s side is enough to never come back to this office. What a joke of a “family dentist”. It felt more like a walk in clinic run by people who’ve never worked a day in dental. Seriously, don’t bring your kids here.

Outstanding. So very pleased with the service they provided for my disabled son w anxiety . His teeth are clean and overall it was a positive experience. The staff really are very kind and compassionate. Many thanks .
