Magic Smiles Dental Care for Kids

My son had a cavity since his appt in April. Soonest appt to fill was June. I confirmed via text that I will be going &. Made arrangements w my job to get out early to take him, but since I did not answer their phone calls to confirm CUS I WAS WORKING they automatically cancelled his appt and then proceed to tell me they have room in September!!! My children have been going here since they were babies and to be treated so cold had made me find a new dentist. I will not be returning here and I suggest you take your business elsewhere since Clearly they do not care about their patients, they only want to ensure that each and every appointment is truly booked inorder to receive payment. Granted I did confirm via their automated text system cus again, working mother here, can’t answer phone calls! Thanks magic smiles, my sons cavity is beginning to hurt but let’s push out his appt another few months. Shame on you!

So, 2 years! ago, I wrote a review about a very dissatisfied experience with a doctor at the 51st Ave & Thomas location. I received NO apology, NOT even an acknowledgement from the owner of the dentistry. This morning, I get an email from the owner telling me the doctor no longer works there, and NOW... they want my business back. REALLY? You'd rather keep the doctor you had sooo many complaints about, instead of taking steps to assure your patients were happy? I am insulted and outraged that you even ... I can't even find the words.

My daughter got her braces from here and since putting them on they have cancelled 3 appointments. It’s already hard to take time off work then they have to keep rescheduling. I agree with the other reviews about their office staff, they are rude and talk openly about customers. The waiting room can hear them talking about customers rudely. Very unprofessional.
