If I could give this facility Negative STARS I absolutely would! This is the WORST dental office staff that I have ever had to deal with. The office manager Laura is RUDE, INTERRUPTS you, and DISMISSIVE like she believes that she is better than you! There was a mistake made when I originally had my visit by the dentist and they did not diagnose the infection in my tooth, I have been in pain and sick with this since Tuesday because they would not administer antibiotics to help rid me of the infection, however today which is Thursday I get a call from one of the staff that were doing a follow up and let me know that in fact there was infection and apologized for the miscommunication. They did not offer to prescribe anything to help me, Laura was ugly and dismissive and said she was closing my case and they did not want me as a patient. I now have had to find another office and try and get something scheduled and hopefully my insurance will cover another set of X-Rays and be able to get m

I took my kid here for about a year to get his check ups done. He had two cavities so he got fillings. In about a week the fillings fell off on both of the cavities. Same happened with my other son. One of his fillings fell off AND when he had his last check up done, he complained to me that when the tech was flossing him, he felt pain because of how much they were pushing in the floss. His gums got REALLY red and swollen after the flossing. Both of my kids follow a proper hygenie so I dout its that. I will never take my kids here again.

Dr.Gray is absolutely incredible at what he does! I was extremely anxious of having two of my teeth extracted but the procedure was smooth, quick, and painless. It felt like it was only 5 minutes that had passed and it was already over. I almost couldn’t believe at how swiftly done that was. Thank you!
