The doctor I have no issue. However, office staff simply rude and will just let anyone in with a sickness such as covid symptoms because if you don't come in, they will make you pay 65 dollars. Does this make sense and it is beyond your control of your symptoms? I believe that should be excused. Do not talk to Hailey, absolutely rude and not a care in the world how you feel. I am normally empathic towards receptionists and staff members, but this one is the absolutely worse and I have no empathy once so ever.

I've had only positive experiences here. I give big props to health care and front line workers since the pandemic. They're stressed out and trying to please everyone. I think the public needs more patience and understanding.

Easily the worst dental experience I’ve had in 36 years as a human and I’ve had some bad ones. The assistants here are unprofessional and should never step foot in a medical practice. On top of that, after insulting me for being in pain, the “Dr” completely misdiagnosed the issue with my teeth. I was never even told about the issue with my teeth until I was checking out. Suddenly my tooth was cracked, I needed 3 fillings, maybe a crown but there was no evidence of this anywhere nor shown/explained to me. I visited another dentist who referred me to an endodonist for a different tooth who explained everything clearly and fixed me right up. This dentist cares little for their patients and more about the money they can make.
