They scheduled an appointment and even sent a reminder appointment, we went there and found out that the office is closed. Not a great experience. They’ve should improve on scheduling appointments.
Great experience! Let me start by the fact that I went on the wrong day. They were so kind to try to fit me in and they did! While my child was getting his dental cleaning and x rays she was super sweet and patience . Doctor Krajewski saw him at the end and gave me words of reassurance about what is coming next with my son. The place is nice and convenient parking.
They called me the night before and asked me to change my appointment from 4p to 3p. I agreed to accommodate their schedule (assuming they kept a schedule). They did not see us until 4:30p. The waiting room was full of angry patients. Very disappointing experience.
