Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Waterford Lakes

All I can say is that the Dr. Noguera is amazing, he is very professional & kid-friendly. My son is autistic and he is very patient with him the two times he has worked with him. I truly love that he speaks Spanish and English ! He also explains everything to you and takes his time to answer your questions and address your concerns. He has never made me feel rushed. As far as the staff they are very clean, and change their gloves often, which I watch closely. Assistants and hygienists are very good with kids and kind to the parents. The front desk is super friendly and they accompany your schedule needs. Great staff!

Dr. Jones was amazing beautiful inside and outside she have vocation, God keep blessings her and her kindness staff. Love how their treat my 5 yrs old autistic princess, they have so much knowledge.

This office is absolutely horrible about cancellations and communications. I’ve had more appointments cancelled than not, and have been informed about 25% of those cancellations. Rescheduling takes months, and then those appointments are also frequently cancelled without communication. The actual dentist is great, but we’ve had a total of six ortho consults cancelled so we’ve never seen the orthodontist. If you have any choice, find another place for your children’s dental care and orthodontia. Edit June 12: I just received a call at 9am cancelling my child’s appointment that is 6 hours from now. It was a simple appointment for sealants that most dentists will do at the same time as a cleaning. Not this one. This is the third rescheduling.
