I didn’t even ask for cleaning and they claim cleaning for the insurance, now I lost one chance cleaning in my calendar years.

This is such a wonderful dental office! My first time going was yesterday. Their staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Michael Young is a great dentist, very kind, takes his time explaining things and made me feel comfortable as a new patient. I am happy I found a great dentist close to home. I definitely plan to continue going to their office when I need. It was a relief I was able to get an appointment so quickly. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist to go see Dr. Young.

The dentist Hopkins made me feel as though I was a product on an assembly line. I received a text asking if I was pleased. I pushed no. " We are sorry that you had anything other than a great experience. Someone from our office will contact you to discuss how things went" That was 5 days ago. I sent another reply and I received the following text response: "Thank you for your message. We are currently not available to reply to this message, but we will get back to you as soon as possible. " AVOID THIS DENTIST! Next I'm sure I'll get the same response verbatim as to all the other complaints. Just watch.
