Appointment/ reception is amazing. Dr had 0 bedside manner. Communication was really bad in a number of ways. Felt like a training doll sitting there. The lack of communication, not telling me about the procedure or any after care, then leaving me to attend to another patient. Knocked my glasses off 3x, suction on my lip instead of in my mouth. No transparency. A $400 bill without explanation.
Yes, it’s possible to love your dentist. Everyone at Marina Tooth Fairy is super friendly, kind and helpful. From scheduling to teeth cleanings. I’ve only had great experiences with Dr. Hilbert and her team.
Absolutely top class. The staff are extremely friendly and down to earth. Very punctual and on top of scheduling/reminding you of appointments. Overall everyone working there seems to care about your well-being as a patient and try to give advice. The office is also pretty cool. Best dentists in SF
