My greatest thanks for the staff at Marine Dental on Mason Ave. My bridge of 6 teeth became loose and unexpectedly fell out. When I explained my predicament, they somehow managed to fit me into their busy schedule. They explained to me what had to be done and made sure everything was completed before I left. No rush job even though they were probably a little behind due to my emergency. It was great going home and not looking like a hockey player who just got hit in the mouth with a puck.

So let’s me preface by saying the hygienists and doctors are AMAZING, but sadly the front desk/billing staff is very rude. And sadly those are the ones you have to deal with when not there and having issues with insurance/appts, etc. I called because I got a bill in the mail and she automatically tells me that they won’t rerun the claim because I was “terminated” from my plan, I explained to her it was a glitch in the system and they fixed it, but I was covered all the way through, then gets an attitude and says they will not resubmit it, so I tell her I will not be paying and hang up (because I know I’m covered, I’m not paying out of pocket for a cleaning I’m covered for). Low and behold I get a call back saying that I indeed was covered the whole time, that they will resubmit my claim as a “courtesy” LOL, meanwhile I asked to do that before. The best!! My mom swears by them. I was super afraid of the dentist cause of past bad experiences but everyone here is so professional, chill and really make going to the dentist not bad at all. I’m all fixed up right before a long trip and I can’t thank them all enough. Thanks so much folks!!!! 5 stars ⭐️
