Great customer service. Excellent Staff and Dr. Markowitz did an amazing job with my teeth.
Dr.Markovitz and his team has changed my smile for the better! I came to them with an underbite and after a year and a half of orthodontist and surgical treatments my smile and teeth are marvelous! His front desk and assistants are amazing as well by always greeting me by name, making me feel welcomed when I enter. They also collaborated and gave me a gift when I saw them after my triple jaw surgery with a get well card they each signed!! I think the moment that showed me that Dr. Markovitz was different was when I showed up 4 hours late to my last appointment (Train from VA got delayed) and arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. Despite my rough journey, Dr. Markovitz allowed me to come inside and personally removed my braces himself in a timely manner to show off his skill! Most orthodontist would have shut the door in my face but he didn’t. And that’s why I had to go out of my way to give him a 5 star review!
