Office staff and clinical staff are exceptional! Dr Nolan saw me for an evaluation followed by a procedure for a cavity my previous dentist insisted needed to to be extracted. He save my tooth which made me very pleased. They do it all concerning dental procedures. I don't like being referred out.

I love this dentsit so much the whole office is amazing!! Reception was friendly and helpful guiding thru the insurance process and Terry and Jeanne we're my favorite! They had great upbeat attitudes and were just fun to be around :) Sylvia who examined my teeth was amazing I really can't wait for my next 6month check up!

The initial phone call I made to this company was incredibly unprofessional. The woman I spoke with was rude and short with me. I was confused and trying to ask a question and literally received the response of it's not confusing. She also continually talked over me while I was trying to ask the question to the point where I actually ended up yelling back at her to stop talking and let me finish the question. This was after I had politely asked her 3-4 times to please let me finish speaking. She then promptly hung up on me. Now yelling back in this scenario certainly wasn't the correct response, it only came about due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist I was speaking with. This is a person who works in a patient facing position. She should definitely be better trained in dealing with people. Especially since by her own admission she has worked here for 18 years.
