Today had a root canal and Had a great experience with Dr. Lee! She was so kind and great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. Her assistant was awesome as well and explaining everything about root canal. I would rate 5 out of 5. The experience is so pleasant and I felt so good about the treatment that was done to me

I had a bad experience with Dr. Lieberman. If I hadn't had spoken up and checked prior to the procedure he would have done the root canal on the wrong tooth. Before and after the procedure, he never reviewed what he was going to do, what was done or what he found. When he left the room I asked the assistant if he would be back to explain things and she said no I could ask her any questions I had. I left his office confused and in tears. I ended up going to another endodontist practice to have the procedure finished, and not only was the communication much better but I learned this endodontist, did not see any evidence that my root canal needed redone in the first place.

I have to say that everyone in this office was amazing. From the way I was greeted when I walked in, thru to the bitter, root canal, end. Dr. Lee and her dental assistant, Ashley, were fantastic. My procedure was thoroughly explained while looking at the X-rays. Any questions I had were immediately answered, and any concerns were immediately addressed. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner. She cares about her patients and it shows! It was clear that Ashley knew exactly what she was doing, while assisting Dr. Lee. The office is even nicely decorated with rock and roll memorabilia. I highly recommend this endo office for all your root canal needs.
