I had a great experience getting my first root canal with Doctor Malek and his team at east 56th Street. I was nervous it would hurt during or post, but the process was actually smooth, fast and painless once the anesthesia kicked in. I was also very pleased with Doctor Malek's bedside manner. He explains everything thoroughly with kindness and patience. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Malek has great manual dexterity and communication skills, he puts me at ease during the treatments, and he respects my time and resource. Dr. Malek is exactly who you’d want to do your first root canal. I have a long history of dental work and was really assured by his depth of knowledge, his desire and willingness to explain and answer questions (a true teacher) and competency! He was so great at making me feel comfortable and I would recommend anyone to come see him. I hope to never have another root canal, but if I do, I know I am safe in his hands.
