I had a root canal and everyone was amazing. I think it was honestly my best medical experience I have ever had. They were able to fit me in the same day at 4:30 and worked till 7 pm with an impending snow storm coming. I never felt like Dr. Mcdougal was rushing or anyone on the staff was for that matter. He walked me through each and every step during the procedure.
Dr. McDougal recently did two root canals for me after my primary dentist referred me to him. Both were done flawlessly, he is an extremely qualified professional and his work speaks for itself. The office staff were kind and helpful throughout the whole process, no complaints what-so-ever.
Initially I was nervous about having a root canal .Dr McDougal came in the room explained everything thoroughly, did a series of test before he started the procedure. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anybody. Everything went well . The office staff was very friendly.
