Alison, the office receptionist/manager, was wonderful and gracious; she provided excellent directions and made the check-in process seamless. Hannah very professionally took an xray and performed a CT. Dr. Wang examined me and reviewed the CT. He provided a diagnosis that another doctor missed several years ago. It is refreshing to find a medical/dental office that truly cares for the patient.

I called at 9am with severe toothache by 11o'clock i had appointment .My first time at the office very friendly and professional people they made me feel very comfortable.

My experience from beginning to end was awful all around strictly because of the admin at the front desk. When I called to book my appt, she scheduled me for a day that was not what she told me over the phone. I called to confirm the day before I wrote down to confirm the time of my appt and she told me it was a month out, when that wasn’t what we agreed too. Ironically enough, sitting in the office waiting a half an hour to be seen, someone else came in the office and was there for an appointment that wasn’t on the schedule. Can’t help but think she had the same thing happen. The doctor was great and the assistants were too. I was referred by my general dentist. No one told me it was going to cost me $200 for a scan that my general dentist already did. Why didn’t they ask me to have my general dentist send over my X-rays? She claims she tells everyone but she did not tell me otherwise I would’ve definitely made sure they got the X-rays from my general dentist. I’m sure the doctors are
